Description
President Bush addressed the nation. He informed the citizens that there crack was the biggest drug issue the country was facing while holding a bag of crack cocaine in his hand. President Bush informed everyone that the drug he was holding was being sold in a park cross the street from the White House. He did this to show exactly how pervasive drug use had become in the District of Colombia.
