Rayful Edmonds
Rayful Edmond was the son of two low level drug dealers. He was exposed to drug deals at a very early age. He was considered to be very bright, but ultiimately dropped out of college in order to make easy money selling drugs. He quickly made connections and was the leading crack dealer in the District. He had an extensive network of dealers who operated in Hanover Place. They were soon making milllions of dollars.
